Visiting Arches National Park was a dream come true for me. I spent ten days in the park looking through every nook and cranny for a unique perspective. When i finally visited Turret Arch, i couldn't believe it...the sheer size of the arch and incredible details were just stunning. I found a vantage point just around the North window arch and set up my camera for a sunset shoot. Sadly, the first few nights the skies were clear...no clouds and no character. I wanted a sunset with the sunlight bursting through the clouds and lighting up both arches. On night four, i finally got it. As I stood on the edge shooting frame after frame i stood in awe as the light changed before my eyes and the scene presented itself to me. I framed Turret Arch using the North Window and i always feel like i'm looking right in the eye of mother nature.
